Having a site built
Six ways to do it, priced by the work each one actually takes rather than by page count. Every price is agreed in writing before anything starts.

An established business whose customers research properly before they ring.
- Everything in Launch
- Up to six pages, structured around what people actually search for
- Design direction from scratch: type, colour and layout system, not a template
- 3D and motion where it earns its place - animated hero, scroll reveals, interactive detail
- Structured data and sitemap, so Google reads the site properly
- Accessibility pass to WCAG AA
- Written handover guide so you can edit it yourself
Commerce

- Everything in Business, design and 3D included
- Card payments or online booking, live and tested
- Product or service catalogue you can add to yourself
- Stock, availability or calendar management

- Checkout hardened: HTTPS throughout, security headers, no card data ever touching the site
Signature
from£3,800
Four to six weeks
£1,520 to book it in (40% deposit)
Brands where the site itself has to make the impression. The tier Kritikal and Umbra were built at.
- Everything in Business, and Commerce features if you need them
- Full custom 3D built for your brand: real WebGL, not a bought template
- Hand-written shaders and bespoke motion design throughout
- Performance budget held on a mid-range phone, not just a desktop
- Reduced-motion and light/dark modes designed in from the start
- A build walkthrough video you can use for your own marketing
Bespoke
from£6,000
Quoted after a scoping call
A web application rather than a website: logins, dashboards, data, integrations.
- Everything above, as the project needs it
- User accounts, roles and permissions
- Custom dashboards and reporting from your own data
- Integration with the systems you already run
- Database design, migrations and backups
- Security review before launch, written up and handed to you
- Documentation and a maintenance plan for whoever comes next
- Prices exclude VAT and are a starting point. I confirm the figure in writing before anything begins, and it does not move unless you change the scope.
- A signed contract and a 40% deposit book the work in. You do not pay the rest until the site is finished and you are happy with it - the balance is charged then, against the card used for the deposit.
- Every package includes 30 days of fixes after launch. After that a care plan takes over, or you can call on me ad hoc.
- You own the site, the domain and the files outright. There is no charge to leave and nothing is held back.
- Copywriting, logo design, photography and Cyber Essentials readiness are quoted as add-ons.
Not sure which one
Tell me what the business does and what the site needs to achieve, and I will say which package fits — including if the answer is a smaller one than you were expecting.
